AIS Construction Equipment is looking for a Service Admin to add to its Service Department team in Saginaw.

As a Service Admin, you will:
Assist with incoming job requests (via email and phone calls).
Create work orders and assign jobs to service technicians based on availability and skillset.
Prepare and process work orders once jobs are complete and provide customers with finalized invoice.
Collect payment.
Submit warranty service claims.
Prepare service quotes to customers as needed.
Interact with customers and service technicians, as well as sales, parts and administrative staff within AIS.
Minor accounting work such as coding invoices and submitting to Corporate for payment.
Job Requirements:
Over 18 with a valid drivers license and clean driving record Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service Experience with automotive or heavy equipment preferred Associates degree preferred Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills Phone etiquette Proficiency in MS Office Detail-oriented and ability to multitask Must be able to pass drug test and background screening At AIS you will receive a full benefits package including:
