This position is a key support role for all HR functions.
The HR Coordinator will work closely with managers, associates and community partners and be a team player and contributor to the company culture.
Hours (24 hours):
This role will support the front desk on Mondays and Fridays from 8 AM - 5 PM.
The remaining schedule can be flexible and discussed during the interview process.
Job Duties:
Receptionist front desk support on Mondays and Fridays Assist HR Team throughout full recruitment and onboarding process Prepare, maintain and audit employee files Assist HR team in daily tasks and projects Assist Payroll & Benefits during Open Enrollment period Support employee engagement initiatives Preparing HR communications and newsletters Knowledge and Skills Preferred Professional communicator with both written and verbal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail Strong writing and editing skills with a proven ability to craft engaging content Strong organizational skills Benefits Competitive compensation plan People focused culture and work environment It is the policy of Amigo Mobility International, Inc.
